With my organisation, I support leaders and organisations in strategically shaping change, identifying hidden potential and uncovering structural dysfunctions. Such changes can often be achieved in a short space of time. My professional career is based on three main pillars:
Businesses
For 15 years, I held leadership positions in international companies within the tourism industry, primarily across Europe, where I was globally responsible for commercial operations. I served in general management and CEO roles, led business units with nine-figure P&L accountability, and oversaw teams of several hundred employees. My responsibilities included audits, strategic realignments, and large-scale organisational transformations.
Start-ups
A defining chapter of my career was co-founding Flybondi.com, Argentina's first ultra-low-cost airline, in 2016. With just three colleagues, we started the company from scratch and took on the challenge of democratising air transport in a protectionist and economically unstable environment. As an investor in the seed round, Chief Commercial & Corporate Officer and President of the Argentinian company during the start-up phase, I was involved in the institutional capital raising of USD 78 million. I accompanied the company operationally up to the 500th employee and the fifth aircraft. Today, Flybondi.com has 1,600 employees, operates 15 aircraft and has carried more than 15 million passengers, 20% of whom were on their first flight ever.
Independence
Since returning to Europe, I have been working as an independent strategic advisor, supporting start-ups, SMEs, foundations, and UHNWIs & their families. I also mentor a range of non-profit organisations, foundations, and young entrepreneurs, including Ashoka, the Karajan Institute, the Conscious Influence Hub, and other initiatives. Since 2016, I have served on the boards of companies across diverse sectors, including security technology, digital marketing, venture capital, blockchain, renewable energy, the circular economy, and education. My focus lies in strategic areas such as general management, leadership, organisational development, transformation, repositioning, commercial and digital strategy, as well as marketing and communications.
Mission
My mission is to empower leaders who embrace personal and organisational transformation to tap into their creative potential and lead from within. Those who cultivate and embody this form of leadership can drive holistic change within their organisations and, in doing so, contribute to broader societal impact and the co-creation of systemic change.
Approach
My approach is based on attentive observation and focussed listening. My working technique involves an in-depth dialogue with managers and a precise analysis of all internal processes and dynamics. Firstly, I bring a sharp-eyed perspective on the status quo, then a holistic and innovative view of possible scenarios. In the implementation phase, I contribute with practical and well-founded expertise that is rich in knowledge and experience. This includes the critical scrutiny of business plans, the visualisation of unspoken issues, the identification of dysfunctions and the need to address certain realities and scenarios immediately. My aim is to identify new opportunities and creative approaches through targeted impulses helping managers and their organisations find a transformational path of growth.
Impacts
The impact of my work is often visible from the outset. As a result, strategic goals may evolve significantly during the course of our collaboration. The introduction of new processes fosters innovation and creative thinking across the organisation. At the same time, my support helps re-establish a shared sense of purpose and cohesion among employees. This renewed alignment boosts team motivation and generates fresh, dynamic energy within the company. The outcomes are consistently reflected in both financial performance and commercial success.

As a strategic partner, I support executives and their teams throughout the transformation process. When needed, I draw on a trusted network of experts and organisations in areas such as finance, marketing, communication, and technology. If it serves the objective, I also open access to my international network of artists, creatives, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors. My clients are committed leaders: CEOs, C-level executives, start-up founders, owners of established companies, foundations, institutions, family offices, as well as venture capital and private equity funds. I offer my consulting services in four languages—German, English, Spanish, and French—ensuring seamless collaboration with international leaders and organisations.

About me
My professional career has been shaped by diverse experience and significant managerial responsibilities across multiple countries. I have frequently operated in politically, regulatory, and economically challenging environments. These demanding contexts have strengthened my resilience and deepened my commitment to sustainable excellence. At the core of my work is a dedication to driving profound and lasting change.
Challenging limiting patterns. Catalyzing authentic leadership.
For me, the humility to learn and grow is always at the centre of this ambition. This journey has also been shaped by profound personal experiences. As a child, I was confronted with existential trauma that led to survival mechanisms and a deep inner fragmentation. These experiences had a strong impact on my life, and at various points, I found myself seeking compensation.
For a long time, I searched externally for what had actually always been within me. Similar patterns can often be observed in organisations. At times, they reveal themselves as gathering places for wounded egos, constantly seeking recognition. This can significantly limit both the potential and the culture of an organisation.
After decades of self-reflection and personal development, I found ways to break through these patterns. This process enabled me to detach from the formative experiences of the past and fully connect with life and the present moment.
The insights I’ve gathered over the years have led to a more coherent and fulfilling life, new abilities, and a renewed sense of creativity that now flows into all my projects and client relationships. I’ve learned to uncover the projections that shaped parts of my life. It is not about holding positions of power, it is about remaining anchored in one’s creative inner strength.
